I have had worked with them in past. Here is my experience. My company hired them for my H1B visa and later for PERM green card. First of all I would say that they are not aware of most recent developments which happens. When my H1B petition got approved. I needed to travel to my home country for ...visa stamping and for that I asked them for documents related to stamping and since they were not aware about the recent happenings they didn't know all the required documents and as a result I was given 221(G ) during visa stamp and then I had to wait around 3 months to get visa stamping done. This was that big issue and again my company again decided to work with them for my Employment based Green Card which they handled very poorly. There are multiple steps in filing the green card and very step is to file Prevailing Wage determination step to state in which they recommend less salary for my job and as a result my Prevailing wage determination was not get approved as per state law and We had to file PWD again in which I lost around 3 months. Now the next step is to file PERM with DOL which they file after around 6 months and after 3-4 months DOL denied my PERM application due to lawyer's mistake because they didn't know the rules and then again they insisted that its certifying officer's mistake and recommended to file reconsideration with Certifying Officer. We again waited 3 - 4 months for reconsideration result and when we contacted DOL regarding reconsideration they told that our application has been transafered to BALCA because CO didn't change his/her decision. At this time, We were very frustrated and my H1b was going to expire in next 6 months - 1 year and then they recommended us to file another PERM from scratch. At this time we decided to not to work with anymore. Due to attorney's mistakes I have lost more than 2 years (most valuable ) of my career and if you don't want this to happen to you, please choose your attorney carefully.
