I worked with this attorney on family matter case. Beware of this awful attorney because she is not an advocate for families, I was thoroughly embarrassed how she handled the case with little to no regard for the longtime consequences of playing such an important role. It was like a game and unfortu...nately I learned the best lesson of how disgusting this process is and dealing with such a nasty person. Based on the other reviews it is apparent that this is the way she treats many of her clients.

Hiring Ms. Mapp as your attorney in a civil matter is equivalent to going to a used car dealership on the turnpike and getting a 10 year old car for 25% interest. She does not advocate for you, she or her staff does not respond or complete tasks. When asked about the status of the case that shoul...d have been completed months ago, she states that the case is not a priority. She submits incomplete files to the court with no follow up and expects the client to know what to do. Lawyers are hired to SUBMIT COMPLETED files to the court. I do not recommend hiring this lawyer unless you want to deal with disrespect and incompetence from her or her staff. She prolongs cases so that she can continue to get paid.

I want to thank miss Sharri Mapp-Jones for her professional and go to attitude on defending me and able to dismiss my speeding ticket! I was going over 20 mphs and this is a big RED flag when it comes to courts. She was able to help out by fighting for me and assuring my case to be dropped. Mapp Law Firm handled my case wonderfully! I got a letter in the mail from them and decided after looking at reviews that I would retain them myself. I had a 53/35. They had to push my court date back twice due to work obligations. Finally my day came, I was supposed to show up at court as well. Unfo...rtunately I missed the time, but Mapp Law Firm was there to save the day. I called and explained that I had misread the time and missed court, but the lawyer handled it on my behalf and it got dismissed. Not sure exactly why it was dismissed, but I was very pleased with the results!
