Katherine and Kelli, her assistant were an answer to a prayer! My son had never had a ticket much less reckless driving ticket. Katherine was with us from the start calming our fears and representing our son. She gave us detailed instructions on how he could volunteer (even gave us a list) to expr...ess his regret to the city of Virginia Beach. She had us get a calibration, which showed he was not driving at the speed that he was ticketed for, and she also had him take the REDAP course, and this was before we ever set foot in the court room. Katherine supported my son and myself 100 percent, even filing an appeal when she felt the first ruling was not justified. My son will still pay his ticket and court fees, however without the help of Kathleen and Kelli it could have been much, much worse! We highly recommend her if you are in need of a lawyer!!

I will try my best to describe the level of admiration I have for Ms. Coltrain. I had first hired another attorney and unfortunately didn't have a good experience or outcome, which resulted in being charged with a 1st DUI.
