My initiative to seek guardianship and conservatorship for the personal care of my wife of 46 years suffering from dementia was easily obtained through the court system by Mr. John F.Sawyer. His demeanor, guidance and direction gave me great solice for the action I knew had to be taken. Mr. Sawyer kept me informed during the process and important matters that I should be aware of after the request was granted. I highly recommend the services of Mr. Sawyer for his areas of expertise.

In handling a guardianship and estate matter for me recently, I found John Sawyer to be a thorough, knowledgeable, and diligent attorney. His clearly explained process and very specifically laid out my options about how to proceed. He was honest in setting expectations about outcome and provided me with potential options with if/then scenarios.
I will continue to have John represent my interests with my ongoing estate and guardianship matters.
I will continue to use John

John Sawyer recently handled guardianship and conservatorship proceedings for me regarding a family member whose health had declined very rapidly. The situation was complicated by a non-family member who had control over the family member's funds, and who had contributed to an unsafe living environment. John took the time to see me in person the very same day I called, listened thoroughly to my situation, and then explained the process to me step-by-step. He was also sure to explain potential issues that might come up during the process. He quickly handled the details to file the petition, and had a court date scheduled within a month of our first meeting. He continually kept me apprised of the status of the case, sent me drafts of documents for review, and was quick to respond to any questions or concerns I had. I am very grateful and appreciative of his diligent work in handling the guardianship and conservatorship proceedings to ensure that my family member's finances and medical needs were protected.
