This lawyer was disciplined by a state licensing authority.
An admonition means an attorney did something wrong but may still practice law. The Bar gives the lawyer an admonition in hopes that he or she will not repeat the behavior.
Nash’s comment: “IS FOR MINOR VIOLATION! Respondent was fully informed about his options including adjustment through his future wife. He chose not to do until his appeal was denied. received decision verbally and by letter to his last know address. Filed I-130/I-485 by himself. Got picked up by ICE. intentionally denied all communications& filed grievance as the only way to fix his mistake I was new to firm management and failed to properly document my communication with client Learned my lesson & moved on”

I used Fayad Law to represent me for sponsoring my wife. Fayad Law makes promises that they cannot meet and gives you short timelines that are not true in the beginning. I understand NVC work on their own timeline and it is out of lawyers hand. but sending my docs over and over again while they should've done it right the first time.
I had to change the paralegal named Sabrina who couldn't tell me anything without Nash Fayad's consultation. and Fayad was out of town or country during my wife's case. I paid them a lot of money, the process is already lengthy with USCIS and NVC, I can't have my case wait on Mr. Fayad to come back from his vacation in lebanon. Horrible experience with my case. I will not honestly recommend them to anyone.

I contacted Fayad Law firm in 2010 for H1B visa and later on for immigration case as advanced degree employee. The first reason I wanted them to handle my cases is the objective evaluation of my situation and prompt explanation of the steps and possible outcomes. On both cases they did professional work and did pay a special attention to my case. I believe they do that to each of their clients.
The Team in Fayad Law under the leadership of Mr. Nash Fayad is very professional, very easy to reach by phone and by email. Especially by email same day response. Every question I had was answered and explained, all the paperwork was filed correctly and send in timely manner.
I recommend Fayad Law, P.C. to anyone who needs professional immigration advice.

Nash Fayad is an extremely smart, confident and helpful immigration attorney. His confidence comes from the fact that he knows the law and knows it well. No matter how complicated your case is and no matter how hopeless you are about your immigration matter, you will walk out of Mr. Fayad's office with a lot of hope and optimism. He will personally take your immigration matter in his hands and work with you on one-on-one basis. The immigration officer told me that I was not eligible for citizenship based on my marriage, but Mr. Fayad proved him wrong and got me my citizenship. If you have an immigration case, I highly suggest that you retain Mr. Fayad.
