I am an attorney, certified fraud examiner, and registered private investigator.

A very large portion of my practice is probate, employment law (private sector and government employees), and civil disputes. In the probate area, we frequently represent loved ones and estates in matters where allegations of financial irregularities have been made. It seems strange, but money makes people truly crazy.

Ultimately, my practice is focused on helping people through tough situations. If you need counsel, we can probably help. We handle cases in each of Virginia, Maryland and Washington, DC, including on the Eastern Shore in both Maryland and Virginia.

EEO issues

I am a federal employee who needed help with EEO issues. I happen to be referred by another lawyer to contact Atty. David Weber. After my initial consultation with David, I felt it was a wise decision. He provides an overview of the process to help his clients understand the complaint/case. His experience as a former federal employee is definitely a plus in handling EEO matters. Top Attorney Civil and Business Law Superb Defense

Severance Matter

Upon termination notice given to me due to a downsizing of the business, my employer initially declined to honor the severance package that specified in the employment agreement I had with the company. David carefully reviewed the agreement and reason for termination, and wrote a letter that clearly and concisely interpreted the situation. The company immediately acceded to David's interpretation and rationale and honored the severance conditions as specified in the employment agreement. This was accomplished in a clear, non-confrontational way that preserved good relations between the company and me.

From the initial preliminary phone consultation, to the last dried ink signature of the judge's decision, David Weber and associates were on the job diligently working on our behalf. And Another Practically Painless Procedure

We hired Goodwin Weber to write our Wills, Advanced Medical Directives, and Durable Powers of Attorney. We worked with David on the initial questions, and were very satisfied with his knowledge, suggestions, and recommendations. Severance Agreement/Negotiation

I can’t thank David enough for his assistance in negotiating(what turned out to be) a complicated Severance Agreement. He told me up front what he believed he could do and did just that. Although it took longer than expected(no fault of David’s) he was able to negotiate favorable terms for both parties. I would recommend David to anyone that needs an exceptional Employment Attorney. The Best Around!

I had never needed an attorney, but for the first time in my life I did a little while ago. I must tell you that I was pulled into a very serious court case - the Paul Manafort trial headed up but the Special Counsel's Office. I found David Weber and I cannot tell you that he literally saved my life and my career. Landlord Assistance

I spent weeks calling attorneys looking for help with a tenant problem. I reside in Pennsylvania and found that after calling multiple attorneys no one was willing to help me until I spoke to Mr. Weber. Employment termination negotiation

We had to negotiate final understanding with my previous employer in addition to compensation/severance. I was provided a prompt and clear view of the options and paths to follow, this was very useful in order to focus and develop a clear strategy and expectations. David was at all times very professional and most importantly clear on the process. Negotiation was more challenging than expected but we were able to work together in the sense of trying to achieve my goals in a reasonable and managing risk within acceptable parameters. David also enjoys his work which is important as to have an attorney with positive attitude and enthusiasm towards road blocks in the frame of a negotiation. Firearm Matter

I had a situation involving the theft of one of my firearms. I contacted David by email at 11:00 pm and he responded within 5 minutes. We had a phone consultation the following morning and he provided the exact legal and moral advice I needed. He spent more than 30 minutes answering all of my questions and it was clear that he is excellent at what he does, but also cares deeply about the people he’s trying to help. If I do decide to hire an attorney, David will definitely be the one I hire. I strongly recommend him for anyone needing an attorney related to firearm matters.
