A Truly Exceptional Experience!

From the very beginning, working with Emily Martin was an absolute pleasure. Her deep knowledge of the law and her ability to explain complex legal matters in a clear, approachable way immediately put me at ease. She was not only incredibly knowledgeable, but also kind, compassionate, and genuinely c...ommitted to helping me through every step of the process.

You want your legacy in the hands of Emily Martin

Emily Martin was the executor of my late grandfather’s will. She was extremely professional, communicative, empathetic and sensitive to our family’s needs during the grieving process. I was concerned about the execution should any issues arise and she handled them seamlessly. We understood the proce...ss start to finish and everything was done thoroughly and methodically. The process went so well, that my husband and I decided to use her for our will and advanced directive. There is so much peace in knowing that my family will be protected and treated fairly when I am gone. I had no idea how important these services were until my grandfather passed and I’m so grateful he chose Emily to draw up the will and execute.

Avvo Rating

Our Rating is calculated using information the lawyer has included on their profile in addition to the information we collect from state bar associations and other organizations that license legal professionals. Attorneys who claim their profiles and provide Avvo with more information tend to have a higher rating than those who do not.

What determines Avvo Rating?
  • Experience & background Years licensed, work experience, education
  • Legal community recognition Peer endorsements, associations, awards
  • Legal thought leadership Publications, speaking engagements
  • Discipline Disciplinary information may not be comprehensive, or updated. We recommend that you always check a lawyer's disciplinary status with their respective state bar association before hiring them.
