Mr. Davis provided with me good service and I felt well represented.
My only complaint is he didn't effectively communicate with me as the case dragged on. This left me with the impression he was uninterested in with my situation until just before we entered court. After consulting friends of mine who are attorneys I think he would improve a great deal if he has a communication plan with his clients. If he had let me know what he expected from me, what I should expect, and touched base with me on a scheduled basis it would of been a much better experience.
I thought Mr. Davis was most effective in court. He's was extremely skilled at presenting the facts of the case and arguing my position. Another thing that I liked about Mr. Davis was that he didn't misrepresent how the case would be handled. Many other attorneys I consulted before the case had tried to give me unrealistic expectations.
In my opinion Mr. Davis is a good attorney and I would use him again.

I hired Mr. Davis for a custody case. It was almost impossible to ever get in contact with him, he never met with me after our consultation to discuss the case. In court he had NOTHING prepared, he just "played it by ear". He didn't fight for my case in any way shape or form. I paid him to literally just sit next to me in a court room. I would of been better off representing myself. And as soon as we left the court room, he asked about payment for the rest of his retainer.
He tried withholding my file from my new attorney until I paid him off (which by the way isn't allowed).
Extremely unprofessional in every way.
My family wasted $1500 on this guy, then ended up just spending thousands more on a GOOD attorney to handle my case.
I would not trust this lawyer with handling anything concerning the law.

He doesn't work hard for you. Gives too much credence to working with the prosecutor rather than working to find reasonable doubt. A lot of the investigations we did ourselves and brought the ideas to him. He is not thorough and would not recommend him with your life or the life of your loved ones.
