David Preston Baugh

1. Despite mutual recognition of hearing date before signing contract, phone call 2 days before, unanswered phone calls morning of, David P. Baugh did not show up to my hearing date. Afterwards, when reached, he says he thought it was for the afternoon despite putting it into calendar in front of me ...at first meeting. 2. When asked to clarify exactly how this would impact my history, he gave vague and changing answers. 3. When politely asked again to clarify, he raised his voice in a public confined space with other patrons, and personally attacked character and brought up my mother out of the complete blue. I left in tears and filed my own paperwork afterwards to get done what I could have done for no attorney fees. Overall, horrible experience that left a truly terrible taste in my mouth.
