Kelly Bryan Martin

Kelly Martin is a founding partner of Latham & Martin, focusing his practice on personal injury litigation, including automobile accidents, medical malpractice, product liability, and premises liability. He serves clients in Richmond and the surrounding communities of Henrico, Hanover, Chesterfield, Petersburg, Hopewell, and Colonial Heights. Mr. Martin earned his law degree cum laude from George Mason University Law School in Arlington, Virginia. Before establishing Latham & Martin, he spent much of his career at a mid-size Richmond personal injury firm, exclusively representing accident victims throughout the region. He is licensed to practice in all Virginia courts, as well as the Western and Eastern District Courts of Virginia. Recognized for his legal work, Mr. Martin was named a Super Lawyer by Virginia Super Lawyers Magazine for 2020-2022, 2024-2025 and previously recognized as a Rising Star from 2014 to 2018. Notably, he secured the ninth-largest jury verdict in Virginia in 2014 for a client injured by a work truck, with his results frequently highlighted in Virginia Lawyers Weekly. He actively participates in the Richmond Bar Association and Virginia Trial Lawyers Association, holding committee roles and previously serving on executive committees. Mr. Martin is also a member of the Million Dollar Advocates Forum.
