When I originally contacted the Earley Legal Group I was really worried about a reckless driving ticket I had gotten recently. Especially given the, frankly, silly circumstances under which it was written. If I could be ticketed so heavily for something that could have been solved with some name call...ing and a smack on the wrist, what was the court system going to be like? When I called in Julie picked up the phone, very kind, very helpful, straight to the point. She asked a couple questions and patched me through to Mr. Earley directly. Despite hearing he was obviously busy, and had other things going on at that moment, Mark sat on the phone with me for easily over 30 minutes for a free consultation. He gave me advice, answered all of my questions in a way I understood, and explained things clearly when I didn't understand. He was kind, helpful, and encouraging the whole time. Then to top it off, the flat rate he quoted me for was a full $1k BELOW what every other lawyer I had spoken to had quoted me. During the preparation phase Julie walked me through every step of the process and kept up with me to ensure everything came in on time. The team provided all the resources I needed to be prepared for the best possible outcome. When the court date came, Mark was present and on time. We spoke about the situation briefly before the beginning of the hearing, and after our conversation was done he spoke to the officer who issued the ticket to get a better understanding of the situation at hand. During this process the kindness, encouragement, and helpfulness continued. When our names were called he presented the case to the judge very reasonably and transparently, even to the point where the officer agreed with his assessment entirely. The judge responded well and in return my case was dismissed outright. I only had to pay the court fees, a dollar amount significantly lower than that I would've had to pay if I was convicted. Afterwards, he walked with me out to the parking lot with friendly conversation the whole way. If you need a lawyer, Earley Legal Group are your people. Plus, in pretty much every scenario where you would need a lawyer to represent you, the money you'd have to pay for the fines incurred after losing the case GREATLY exceed Earley Legal Group's humane pricing. The whole process was easy, simple, and smooth. I will be recommending him to any and all people I know who need legal advice or representation.

I appreciate the work everyone put in. My lawyer was able to get my charge down to defective equipment, which is a no point outcome. I absolutely see this as a great outcome.
