Mark Lawrence Earley Jr.

I was arrested for speeding (89 mph in a 70 mph zone) and I retained Mr. Earley to represent me. He advised me to 1. do community service (i did 25 hrs.), 2. write a brief biography. He represented me in the Hanover County District Court, and the charges were significantly reduced. I was very pleasan...tly surprised. The reason that the charges were reduced, in my opinion, is that Mr. Earley has an outstanding reputation as a honorable man who only represents individuals who are valuable citizens and are not a danger to the community. He did a great job and i really appreciate the efforts that he made on my behalf.

Mark Earley Jr. is a diligent, responsive, competent and polite attorney. I hired him in response to a reckless driving charge in the state of Virginia (which is a misdemeanor in that state), for a family member. As an attorney myself, I can vouch that Mark paid my matter the right level of attention..., consulted me and my family member accordingly, and advised of various actions we were able to take to increase the odds of a favorable result. True to that, Mark was able to successfully plead to the Court my family member's case, obtaining the best possible result in the circumstances - a non-moving violation plea. 10/10

Mark was awesome. It was a speeding ticket for my wife and I reached out through our legal aid program, ARAG and stumbled upon Mark. He answered all of my questions during our first conversation. He communicated through email very quickly and was able to get the charge reduced to a non moving violati...on and a fine. I was very specific with him up front that she couldn't afford any addt'l speeding tickets on her record. He was flat out awesome and will be definitely using him again should the need arise.
