Biography
Joyner Law, PC started with the singular purpose of allowing greater access to legal representation. Lawyers are expensive, but they don't need to be. Joyner Law's primary focus is our clients, not our bottom line. We believe that everyone should have access to excellent, affordable representation.
With that in mind, we started out to achieve that goal. From streamlined operations to leaner, more competent staff, we take our cost advantage very seriously. This allows us to serve each and every client with the level of representation they deserve at a reasonable rate.
Our flat rate billing model means you don't have to worry about billing every time you want an update on your case or to contact us. Once you make the decision to hire us to represent you, your focus should be on your case and your defense, not on financial considerations.

Gets the job done in technical reckless
I cannot say enough good things about Jason Joyner! My daughter got a speeding ticket in VA going 81 in a 70. Easy to work with!
Very easy to work with, I retained them at the last minute and they were still able to get my speeding ticket (thanks Brunswick County...) lowered to a non-moving violation that doesn't effect my insurance. Communication was prompt, thorough, and helpful.
