If an individual has a clean driving record, a clean criminal record, and addresses the situation in a timely fashion, the outcome/s of the entire ordeal should turn out to be somewhat "acceptable." I have both a clean driving record as well as a clean criminal record and I handled the situation in a timely fashion. Jason was actually the first attorney that I spoke to. He was extremely pleasant and understanding of my situation and my concerns, he was very knowledgeable of the law and the Emporia court, and most of all, he was reassuring that I would have an "acceptable" outcome if he represented me in the Emporia court. After speaking with Jason, I met with his associate Brian Denk at their office in Richmond the next day and I was impressed and confident with Brian as well.
