Lee White Kilduff

Attorney Lee Kilduff, did an explicit job in my daughter’s case in 1998. My daughter was facing 67 years and Lee Kilduff did all she could fighting with all her might. My daughter only served five years, which was mandatory by the federal government which was not in her control, and six months at a b...oot camp that was mandatory but all the other years that was under her control she exonerated my daughter from I thank her so so much. I also must not forget Mr. Wade for he was by her side protecting my daughter and our family also, thank you too you Attorney Wade.

I hired Ms. Kilduff in late 2008 to represent me for a criminal case involving a 3rd offence petty larceny. When we met she said that the ultimate goal was to avoid a felony on my record. It was very difficult to reach Lee after our first meeting and we only spoke by phone until the day of trial. W...hen I called her, it took several days to get a response. The day before the trial she shared with me that I would not be able to have any of my medications in jail with me so I (very mistakenly) decided instead for a felony conviction with no jail time. Had I known this information (which I'm still not sure of) a month or two before, I would have prepared myself by either weaning off the meds or having my doctor contact the facility. Regardless, I would've made a different decision, one not based on fear and in haste. Lee knew about the medications I was on from the day that I hired her: I told her. Finally, I never felt like I was a priority after paying my retainer and the poor decision (plea) that I made has had catastrophic effects on my life ever since.
