Gordon Klugh prizes his closeness to the court beyond the client when hired as a public defender. Mr. Klugh could do good work only if he agrees with you absolutely. If he doesn't agree absolutely, for me he left out key details to leave me with a lifetime disadvantage - I accepted the offer Mr. K...lugh offered to me. I had the plea agreement ready for me only when the court was in session and people were waiting on me. I wrongfully trusted my attorney Mr. Klugh. Mr. Klugh sided opposite of facts relevant to me (as a defendant with this public defender). I was able to knock out a charge against me by bringing to light what Mr. Klugh did not from the legal system. With my trust in Mr. Klugh, the court process ended because I had trust in Mr. Klugh and signed a plea agreement which was not prepared for me ahead of time as expressed to Attorney Klugh but ready only when the court was in session, people were waiting on me, and I mistakenly trusted Mr. Klugh and accepted an erroneous expression of preeminent conclusion on what my thinking was on a day in the past as written only by the party extending this offer - the plaintiff. Mr. Klugh works for having the experience and acceptance of the court: he will not help you complete honest work of correct legal expression because he prizes his own life's appearance by argument. He would not side against a generalized majority opinion: it's simple enough to do without the thinking. Simple enough to push a pen. Simple enough to make you push carts.

Reckless Driving (Reduced to 64 mph from 81 mph)

I got a reckless driving ticket driving 81 mph in a 55 speed limit zone (Interstate at a work zone) over the Labor Day weekend. I was in shock, panicking because I could not afford losing my DL or getting a high speeding ticket. I drive for Lyft/Uber on the side and it would be affected as well. I c...ontacted Mr. Gordon Klugh's office and soon he called me back. I had talked with other Attorneys prior to calling Mr. Klugh's office. After listening to my side of the story, he assured me that everything will be alright and did not make it look like a huge deal while other attorneys I had contacted told me so many crazy things who also would charge me twice as much. But, Mr. Klugh was very nice and walked me through the process, making sure I was mentally prepared for the court. He also explained to me what was needed to help me at the court. My reckless driving (81) was reduced to 64 mph which is a regular speeding fine. I don't think it would be possible without Mr. Klugh. Thank you so much. Mr, Klugh.

Always top notch service I've won everytime

Referred many friends to him who have all came out on top and been successful with Mr. Klugh. Both criminal and traffic. Used him twice myself on 2 difficult/impossible to defend serious traffic instances. Success with both! One thrown out completely! Other improper driving $75 fine! I can't thank... him enough!!! His attention to detail, professionalism, enthusiasm, and quick wit keep me coming back. Been a client of his since '08. He's the man! He's always there when friends or I have needed him!

Great advocate!

Gordon is a true advocate - and his willingness to fight for his clients make him a great criminal defense attorney. If you face a criminal charge, you need someone who will fight for you. I sure did, and I found that advocate in Gordon Klugh.
