Ignorant and Distant!
Bad manners, rude, ignorant. I was treated like a case file and not like human being with disability. He lost at my Appeal council but even if he won I still think he has no HEART!!!

Great low-key handling of my case
I'm surprised at the negative review, but hey - there's always one. Sean handled my SSDI adjudication case perfectly, we had a reasonably strong case but a "hanging judge" who - prior to my hearing - had paid only 15 out of some 70-odd cases. Count me in as #16, got the "Fully Favorable" notice today...

Great Attorney in Richmond, Virginia
Mr. Kavanagh from Richmond, Virginia helped me out during a very difficult time in my life. I will be forever grateful to him and his law firm, Harbison & Kavanagh. I would highly recommend him for anyone with a tricky workers compensation or social security disability case.

No even close to a good attorney.
This man was the worst. He mishandled my case so bad that it ended up costing me $3000 and I was the injured party. He and his team were rude and disrespectful on a few occasions and they caused me to lose a lot of money.
