Terrible. Run

Churned through retainer with zero results. Arrogant and lacking in skills. Fired her.

Not a good choice

I retained her in 2015, 5-6 months after separation from my ex. Have been meaning to leave a review to warn others. Enough time has passed for me to calmly leave a valid review. Specifics: Pushed for discovery from me that was needless and never utilized by either attorney. When I indicate...d I needed more time and questioned the seemingly contrived urgency, she told me I "needed medication." Evidently she has medical training as well? Pushed me to agree to move out of my house and let me ex move back in. Crazy right? Turns out it was immediately prior to her "taking vacation" then switching firms upon her return. I In hindsight she was clearing her slate with sloppy, hurried work. I unfortunately allowed her to keep my file with her move. (I eventually found a great attorney at the firm from which she departed.) Refused to send an offer to my ex to buy her out of my house. Ms. Fox told me the "offer wasn't high enough." My attorney was negotiating against me it seemed. (I'm a CPA, I have a pretty good grasp on values, my ex ended up getting LESS when the house sold.) She sent a letter to my OLD address (where my ex then resided) detailing my offer and why it was not sufficient. She had my new address on file but overlooked it. Luckily the letter was forwarded to my PO box or my ex would have received it. I strongly suggested she should not charge me for this pointless letter...she didn't. Eventually I had had enough and fired her (my guess is technically we "mutually disengaged" but that was not the case. In the end I wasted many thousands of dollars. I could give more details of poor work. The divorce process can be a broken system that many attorneys use to churn hours, bill for every email (that's a joke) and burn through retainers. Don't do what I did. There are better options.

Child custody battle with a substance abuser and physiologically challenged female.

I bryan had hired mrs fox for a child custody case from a mother whom has no where to call home, a substance abuser and physiologically challenged, who ran from a stable and safe environment only to remove me as the father to gain legal strong hold on my son,, at first we had a strong strategic plan ...but to avail, mrs fox filed at the wrong court, emailing me wrong dates and time and withdrawing key petitions, offering false court orders and backing down from opponents...Causing me to loose grip of my son, and not fully advising me of rights and what is to be expected through the proceedings leaving me vulnerable. .in the end mrs fox was emailing me with petitions with my wrong name as if I were the defendant relation... ( as if Forgetting who actually hired her)... I didn't feel as if she really cared about my case at all.. I felt she was just goin through the motions of what she had to just to receive payment.... strongly disapprove of service rendered! !!
