Reckless driving case, 91/60. Interviewed over 10 lawyers before selecting Ryan (Fitz). By far the most balanced and knowledgeable of all lawyers that I spoke with, and most importantly on reckless driving law and track record with significant experience as a prosecutor. Ryan made clear the seriou...sness of the ticket and that its not simply a speeding ticket. He provided a clear action plan which required a combination of community service, drivers courses and speedometer calibration. There are no guarantees on outcome regardless of mitigating pre-trial actions and personally feel that it really comes down to the lawyer. All the while he displayed professional confidence, conveyed a keen and precise understanding of reckless driving law and cases, always felt we were in good hands beginning to end. Best possible outcome achieved and lesson learned - do not speed in VA. Also, worth noting that his staff is 5/5 also. Friendly, polite, prompt and always on point.
