Ryan Thomas Fitzgerald

This was my first time working with a lawyer so I didn't quite know what to expect, but Ryan's team made me feel incredible confident / comfortable leaving my case in their hands. 1. Experience: Ryan and his team were extremely knowledgable on the subject of my case. I wanted to work with a very ...experienced team. They immediately began to explain the process and the ways we could get ahead of the case by doing a variety of things on both my end and their end to set me up for success. 2. Communication: The entire team was incredibly nice and understanding. Just great overall customer service and clear communication over email and phone calls leading up to my court date as well as promptly informing me on the results immediately after court. My case manager Dawn was also incredibly informative and kept me up to date with the changes and overall process at each step. 3. Guidance: I wasn't able to appear at court in-person so I had to leave my fate in Ryan's hands and he really delivered. He gave me very specific instructions on how to move forward and the results of the case proved that his guidance was right on the money. Hopefully, I won't be back in any legal situations ever again, but if myself or anyone I know does happen to find themselves in need of an attorney I would 1,000% recommend Ryan and his team.

I cannot begin to thank Mr. Fitzgerald enough for the hard work he did on my behalf during what was an extremely stressful ordeal. Mr. Fitzgerald is a great person and a great lawyer. I hit the low 90's in a 60mph area and got pulled over for the first time. Mr. Fitzgerald asked about my case's facts, whether I was respectful to the officer, etc. He was knowledgeable about the courts and the judges that presided over the courts ...and properly set my expectations. He set out things that I needed to get done and answered all my questions about the arraignment, what he would do for my case, what I needed to do on the date of my case, etc. After talking with the prosecutor, he got my reckless driving by speeding reduced from a class 1 misdemeanor to a speeding ticket. I could not be more thankful for that. Even the judge warned me that usually 90+ carries jail time and it used to be an automatic arrest. He even stayed with me and talked, from just one person to the other and from a lawyer to a client, while I was paying for my court fees. When I got the receipt he even made sure that the clerk stamped it and made it an official court document (excuse my overall lack of knowledge of legal terms). Overall, I had peace of mind throughout the whole process because I knew I hired the best lawyer for my case and that I did everything he asked me to.
