Mr Fitzgerald did a fantastic job with me. He recommended I did volunteering and a driving course. I was clocked at 63 in a 35 which is reckless and thought my life had changed but when I called. I was told “we” could beat this. Hearing that made me feel better. After doing his recommended steps. Th...e day of court came and he met with me and said he feels great about my odds of getting a desirable outcome. Inside the courtroom I saw him talk to my officer who wrote the infraction and then after when my name was called by the judge: he spoke for me and said he talked to the officer and they agreed that a 1-9 would be a sufficient penalty for my reckless which was 28 over mind you. I am very happy with my reduced charged and recommend him to anyone who gets a reckless. He got me the best speeding ticket anyone could get when I went 28 over! Come on! That’s amazing.
