Alfie was an excellent attorney. He assisted my wife and I when we went to him to set up our wills, trust, and powers of attorney, etc. He was very courteous and attentive. Estate Planning

My wife and I needed an attorney to review our eleven-year old estate plan (wills, trust, powers of attorney, advance medical directives, deeds, etc.). As a retired attorney, I wanted someone smart, competent and diligent. James “Alfie” Butts met those requirements. We found Alfie through his wo...rk with the local Ducks Unlimited chapter and the usual public information available on most attorneys. The initial interview outlined the information needed, how Alfie’s representation would proceed, the help available from his staff, and the approximate fee. Our desires and needs were discussed in a personable way; all questions were answered by Alfie and staff follow-up. Alfie’s work product was exceptional and timely. Our goal is to make the administration of our estate simple and easy for us and our heirs. We believe that Alfie’s expertise and advice will accomplish that goal. We already have recommended him to family and friends.

Helpful and Comprehensive

A few years ago we enrolled in an Estate Planning course at the local community college, at which, Mr. Butts was an instructor. The instruction delivered by Mr. Butts was very informative and valuable for us in the estate planning process. At recommendation from a close friend, we recently worked w...ith Mr. Butts to update our wills, establish a Trust, to prepare Advanced Medical Directives and POA documents. We found Mr. Butts and his staff very thorough, efficient and comprehensive in meeting our needs. The process went smoothly and in a timely manner.

Professional, Knowledgeable and Thorough

I hired Mr. 'Alfie' Butts to make some changes in my trust. He answered every question I had in a clear and frank manner, in addition to providing information I had not even considered.
