Very pleased!

We are very pleased with our long time CPA's recommendation that we consult Mr. Butts for estate planning. He was very conversational and articulate in discussing various options available. I believe that he set a plan that is efficient and appropriate to our situation. Also, his staff was effective,... available, and friendly. He has made himself very available for any further questions we may have.

Best in Irvington VA area

I am so glad we got Mr. Butts to handle our estate and trust. He is down to earth and doesn't try to impress. His assistant and he work very well together and always addressed our questions with understandable answers - not legal mumbo jumbo! We used another attorney years ago in the area but ...hard problems with their lenghy response times and arrogant attitudes. We would definitely recommend Mr. Butts for estate planning. He will simplify your desires for estate planning instead of trying to complicate your estate. In other words, he will not try to gouge you.

Could not be more pleased our Attorney!!!

Mr. Butts came highly recommended to us from several people and my mother also used him and was so happy with him. When my mother passed we went to him to do the reading of the will and we were so happy with him we decided to use him for all our legal needs. He is really the best! He has a team that... is always there to answer any question and I have never had to wait for a response. He handled our wills and estate planning and made it so easy for use to understand exactly what we were doing. He walked us through the "mud" of legal language and we knew and understood all the steps necessary thanks to his patience and great knowledge of the law. I highly recommend him for any and all of your legal needs.

Helpful and Comprehensive

A few years ago we enrolled in an Estate Planning course at the local community college, at which, Mr. Butts was an instructor. The instruction delivered by Mr. Butts was very informative and valuable for us in the estate planning process. At recommendation from a close friend, we recently worked w...ith Mr. Butts to update our wills, establish a Trust, to prepare Advanced Medical Directives and POA documents. We found Mr. Butts and his staff very thorough, efficient and comprehensive in meeting our needs. The process went smoothly and in a timely manner.
