Best in Irvington VA area

I am so glad we got Mr. Butts to handle our estate and trust. He is down to earth and doesn't try to impress. His assistant and he work very well together and always addressed our questions with understandable answers - not legal mumbo jumbo! We used another attorney years ago in the area but ...hard problems with their lenghy response times and arrogant attitudes. We would definitely recommend Mr. Butts for estate planning. He will simplify your desires for estate planning instead of trying to complicate your estate. In other words, he will not try to gouge you.

Wonderful experience!

We were looking for Estate Planning on the Northern Neck and was referred to Mr. Butts by a friend. Best decision to hand over our Estate Planning to him and his professional staff.
