Best in Irvington VA area

I am so glad we got Mr. Butts to handle our estate and trust. He is down to earth and doesn't try to impress. His assistant and he work very well together and always addressed our questions with understandable answers - not legal mumbo jumbo! We used another attorney years ago in the area but ...hard problems with their lenghy response times and arrogant attitudes. We would definitely recommend Mr. Butts for estate planning. He will simplify your desires for estate planning instead of trying to complicate your estate. In other words, he will not try to gouge you.

Excellent Estate Planning

My spouse and I were very pleased with the results of our collaboration with Alfie Butts and his associate Jessica. They put together a full package of updated estate documents, alerting us to special considerations relevant to our specific situation. Their package included trust documents, wills, po...wers of attorney, medical directives, and instructions for survivor. They also put together packages for us to send to all the people who may have a role in administering any of the elements of the package. They were flexible in accommodating our schedules and explained things to us in a patient and comprehensive manner.

Great Lawyer very helpful

Alfie Butts did a great job for me setting up my Trust. He was patient and explained all the possible consequences of some of my initial thoughts about how to structure the Trust. I never felt rushed and even though the trust is complete I feel like I have someone in my corner if I have any ques...tions in the future. I couldn't be more pleased with my experience with him.
