Mr. Andrews and his team were diligent throughout the entire process. Their only concern was my future, the safety of my inheritance, and the overall positive outcome of my case. Originally filing for a Ch.7, we were able to avoid a warrant in debt just a day before I was due to appear in court, Mr.... Andrews personally worked after hours to make sure all the paperwork was filed so I wouldn’t have to attend the court appearance. We then had to revert to a Ch.13 due to my inheritance and trust funds that brought up concern; they wanted to make sure it was going to be protected from being seized by creditors. Once solid understanding and logistics of the trust fund were obtained, we were confident in reverting back to a Ch.7. Nikki Singh and Tetiana Zhmachenko were such wonderful help. Both are brilliant women and amazing lawyers, able to observe every detail and assess all the possible outcomes of my case. Nikki was great, she became the main point of contact during my case, she was relentless and tenacious in keeping me up to date and informed on the process, priorities and necessary actions to be executed. It is an extremely tough situation to go through and I don’t plan on going through it again, but if you happen to end up there, do yourself a favor and contact them for help immediately. I can’t thank them enough. They saved me and gave me a second chance. Thank you!!!

Both Tommy Andrews and Tetianna were very knowledgeable about the bankruptcy process. They were very self assured and that confidence, based on years of experience, as well as a direct (but professional) personality was the reason I hired the firm. The only area of improvement I would suggest is ...the disjointed scheduling support. Staff was nice but received multiple calls or texts regarding initial and follow up appointments conveying different times. This in spite of already receiving confirmation.
