I soared with delight that the law firm used electronic communications to file my bankruptcy request so quickly, which helped to stop the penalties from the creditors! Well, he emailed me, and voila! I read and signed the electronic document while in the grocery store. Mr. Andrews and his team were diligent throughout the entire process. Their only concern was my future, the safety of my inheritance, and the overall positive outcome of my case. Originally filing for a Ch.7, we were able to avoid a warrant in debt just a day before I was due to appear in court, Mr.... Andrews personally worked after hours to make sure all the paperwork was filed so I wouldn’t have to attend the court appearance. We then had to revert to a Ch.13 due to my inheritance and trust funds that brought up concern; they wanted to make sure it was going to be protected from being seized by creditors. Nikki was great, she became the main point of contact during my case, she was relentless and tenacious in keeping me up to date and informed on the process, priorities and necessary actions to be executed. It is an extremely tough situation to go through and I don’t plan on going through it again, but if you happen to end up there, do yourself a favor and contact them for help immediately. The firm did an excellent job in explaining the bankruptcy process and was willing to advocate for me when my financial circumstances changed to the point where my case was in jeopardy.
