He failed to communicate with me regarding my court date, so I lost custody and every case I was fighting. I terminated the contract and hired another attorney—one who was actually willing to help me an...d possessed the necessary experience—and my new lawyer helped me win all my cases in court. This leads me to the conclusion that Bourdon & Tortolero, PLLC are not attorneys I would recommend, speaking as a dissatisfied client. I had a child support/custody case with him. On our consultation session he sounds very knowledgeable but after I started my case I noticed that he is incompetent as a lawyer and lack common sense. My experience with him is super awful. I am the one who hired him but he suggested everything in favor ...of the other party. When I told him that I need sole custody, he said “I need to go to trial, and for sure in trial they will give me shared custody”. Praise the lord, I represent myself and I won my case. I wasted my money which is close to $5000 for nothing.
