I had reached out to Mr. Tortolero a few weeks prior with a time sensitive emergency for a child custody concern. Mr. Tortolero was very quick to help address my concerns regarding the emergency and was externally supportive and helpful during our conversation! I had a child support/custody case with him. On our consultation session he sounds very knowledgeable but after I started my case I noticed that he is incompetent as a lawyer and lack common sense. My experience with him is super awful. I am the one who hired him but he suggested everything in favor ...of the other party. When I told him that I need sole custody, he said “I need to go to trial, and for sure in trial they will give me shared custody”. Praise the lord, I represent myself and I won my case. I wasted my money which is close to $5000 for nothing.

We used Daniel to represent my son in court to get custody of his son. Before hiring Daniel we had been to court 5 times to get this resolved and the judge just kept not making any decisions and would have the parents come back.
