Successful Religious Exemption & Accommodation

Once retained, the Spiggle Law firm was very responsive and provided me with specific and relevant input into my requests for a Religious Exemption and a Religious Accommodation. My employer initially approved my Religious Exemption, but verbally (and in writing) denied my Religious Accommodation re...quest. Once Spiggle Law Firm responded to the denial request, however, my Religious Accommodation request was granted.

consultation in potential gender discrimination

As signs indicated that I could be passed over for promotion I consulted Tom. He asked great questions, made me feel like I had a legitimate concern that the oversight was very possibly gender discrimination. He clearly explained what my options were and what the potential outcomes were for each ac...tion. I was also made to feel very comfortable that the decision on which option to take was my call. There was no wrong direction to go in. I appreciate his knowledge, listening, thorough explanation and recommendations. Given the need I would call him in a second! I would highly recommend utilizing his services for consulting and litigation if there is any thought of gender discrimination.

Counsel for Government Discrimination Dispute

I highly recommend Tom Spiggle for representation on a variety of legal disputes, ranging from employment law, discrimination, family medical leave act, and human resource disputes regarding equitable benefits administration. I contacted Tom in a hail mary pass situation, where a legal remedy was my ...last option and time was of the essence. I wish I would have contacted him first as I'd have spared months of stress and anguish. Tom has a vast understanding of the law and its application, especially on employment and discrimination issues. Tom also made himself available and was flexible with client meetings, in efforts to save me missed time from work and commuting time. I have to say I disagree with Shakespeare's plea to kill all the lawyers! Tom's fairness, flexibility, legal prowess and empathy saved me from considering desperate employment options without legal remedy. And he is kind, courteous and very empathetic to his clients' legal situation.
