Earning and maintaining the highest Avvo score of “10” and a “Superb” lawyer ranking for many years are some of my achievements.  I have been honored to be an exclusive member of the “Nation’s Top 1% of Attorneys,” a prestigious distinction since 2015 for demonstrating the following highest standards of legal excellence:  outstanding case results in complex litigation on behalf of plaintiffs, extraordinary competence, extreme intellect, persistence, tenacity, integrity, character, honesty, work ethic, and rescuing cases that other so-called “super lawyer” law firms have botched.  Most importantly, I have been recognized for my zealous dedication to protecting people, families and the public safety from wrongdoing by companies, corporations and others including from fraud, corruption and incompetence by opposing corporate lawyers lying for companies & from fraud, corruption and incompetence in the Legal System including by the judiciary at all levels, “unethical” ethics lawyers, opposing corporate lawyers and a couple of colleagues who have collaborated thereby posing a danger to the public.

On August 2, 2022, I was horrified to see my Avvo rating reduced to a “1.0.”

This score reflects Malicious Defamation/Fraud/Corruption and Incompetence by "politically connected" opposing corporate lawyers, a couple of colleagues, corporations, the Judiciary at all levels, and "unethical" ethics lawyers who are collaborating and endangering the public.  The prevalent corruption is disgusting!  I have clarified that I am a lawyer on every case that I have worked on.  I have demonstrated extraordinary competence by identifying issues, duties, breaches, and proving causation, damages and reversible errors with overwhelming evidence and trial transcripts pursuant to court rules, regulations and laws.  I have formed legal teams when serving as a pro hac vice attorney.  My litigation "Win" record and educational background (science, medicine, math, honors programs & law) are far superior to that of the aforementioned, corrupt evildoers combined.  As the saying goes, "Follow the money," and you can properly decipher what is going on.   

My dedication to demonstrating Legal Excellence and obtaining Justice is formidable.  As a result of the cases that I have successfully handled and my ability to correctly and judiciously assess what is occurring in the Legal system, my ethical and moral compasses remain intact.  I am courageous and persistent to fight aggressively for Justice to protect the public safety and to restore my excellent, legal reputation as evidenced by my superb case results, reviews, awards and leadership.
