About me

Pam Stuart practices in all areas of business and estate planning, probate of estates, corporate law, and in high-stakes civil and criminal litigation.     She strives to build personal and professional relationships that transcend the traditional lawyer's roles of courtroom advocate and business and legal counsellor.  She will get to know you, your company, and your industry.

She serves individual, institutional, corporate and non-profit and association clients from her offices in Washington, New York, and Vero Beach, Florida.  She takes pride in putting together just the right plan to assure succession planning in a business and family goes smoothly.  Pam strives to achieve business objectives consistent with the client's values and legal principles.

Pam helps executives and employees when their careers or security clearances are at risk .  She will orchestrate and direct an internal investigation when companies get an unwanted grand jury subpoena or fall under investigation of the Congress or an administrative agency.   She will copywrite your screenplay and negotiate the contract with your publisher.  If absolutely necessary, she will get you a divorce.   She much prefers presiding over a corporate or real estate acquisition or writing prenuptial or cohabitation agreements.

In addition to attending personally to each client, Pam provides many hours of service to the bar and various non-profit organizations in the communities in which she lives and works.   She is a member of the bar in the District of Columbia, Florida, Maryland, New York and Virginia.
