I hired him a year ago and he charged over 900 dollars for a dmv case. He never answers the phone very unprofessional and unpleasant threatens to put me in jail. Texting really bad stuff, called me crazy in the past. Never did anything for my case. It's been over a year asked for my money back he sa...id no.

Without being too specific, i was very disappointed with Charles Swedish. I would not recommend him to anyone. He didn't put proper work into preparing my case / work, and his communication skills seemed to be lacking, he was hard to get a hold of and when i did it was like he would always promise ...me something, but never deliver.

I may be partly to blame for retaining Mr. Swedish after a friend already had a disappointing experience with him. All the issues about which my friend had complained plagued my own case, too: once he received a full payment in advance, he could not be reached for a meeting, he did not take or return... my calls, and rejected or ignored specific requests pertaining to the case. Upon my demand for a refund, he eventually called me back in the evening prior to the court date, discussed the matter with me over the phone then, and showed up in court the next day, giving me the distinct impression he had not prepared for the case in any way beside that brief conversation with me. He did not use the documentation I provided, obtained an unsatisfactory result for me as a client, and repeatedly misinformed me or pretended to misunderstand my requests in order to avoid doing the work for which he took my money.
