Charles James Swedish

Unfortunately I have to agree with all the negative reviews and what they said about Charles Swedish. He sold me behind my back to the oppose attorney and dragged the case forever. He came to court without any prep work and didn’t pay attention to details. He never responded to emails or calls and... failed to show all the evidence that was given to him prior to the trial date. I would never hire him nor recommend him to anyone. He is dishonest, careless and forgetful. He ruined my case because of his carelessness, laziness and forgetfulness. If you have money to waste then hire him.

Hired him to enter a motion, sent him all the information. He had to type it up and enter it. Hired him in August of 2016, had to call him repeatedly for a week. Gave excuse about case number being wrong. This was October. At the end of November same thing except I got his cell so I called until I fi...lled up his voice mail. So he sends a letter dated the 4th of November showing the motion was denied. This man doesn't even deserve a rating.

I hired him a year ago and he charged over 900 dollars for a dmv case. He never answers the phone very unprofessional and unpleasant threatens to put me in jail. Texting really bad stuff, called me crazy in the past. Never did anything for my case. It's been over a year asked for my money back he sa...id no.

I do not recommend Mr. Swedish. He was retained 6-7 months ago and he has NOT done anything on my husband's case or even kept in contact...sorry I should say we received only 1 text from him. Sad thing is, we are in Canada with no way for my husband to visit Mr. Swedish In person. Save your money a...nd find a better lawyer!
