Unfortunately I have to agree with all the negative reviews and what they said about Charles Swedish. He sold me behind my back to the oppose attorney and dragged the case forever. He came to court without any prep work and didn’t pay attention to details. He never responded to emails or calls and... failed to show all the evidence that was given to him prior to the trial date. I would never hire him nor recommend him to anyone. He is dishonest, careless and forgetful. He ruined my case because of his carelessness, laziness and forgetfulness. If you have money to waste then hire him.

Hired him to enter a motion, sent him all the information. He had to type it up and enter it. Hired him in August of 2016, had to call him repeatedly for a week. Gave excuse about case number being wrong. This was October. At the end of November same thing except I got his cell so I called until I fi...lled up his voice mail. So he sends a letter dated the 4th of November showing the motion was denied. This man doesn't even deserve a rating.

Back in February of this year, I had posted a negative review about Mr Swedish. I am taking back all my negativity about him as he has done a wonderful job on my husbands CRIMINAL case. My hubby and I live in Canada so it was difficult to for us to be able to commute to Virgina to take care of the ca...se. We put our trust into his hands and hoped for the best. I recommend Charles Swedish as a criminal lawyer! PS, I noticed Avvo has portrayed Charles Swedish as a federal regulation attorney. I know 100% he is NOT federal regulation attorney.. He IS 100% CRIMINAL lawyer. CHRYSTAL
