Unfortunately I have to agree with all the negative reviews and what they said about Charles Swedish. He sold me behind my back to the oppose attorney and dragged the case forever. He came to court without any prep work and didn’t pay attention to details. He never responded to emails or calls and... failed to show all the evidence that was given to him prior to the trial date. I would never hire him nor recommend him to anyone. He is dishonest, careless and forgetful. He ruined my case because of his carelessness, laziness and forgetfulness. If you have money to waste then hire him.

I hired him a year ago and he charged over 900 dollars for a dmv case. He never answers the phone very unprofessional and unpleasant threatens to put me in jail. Texting really bad stuff, called me crazy in the past. Never did anything for my case. It's been over a year asked for my money back he sa...id no.

I may be partly to blame for retaining Mr. Swedish after a friend already had a disappointing experience with him. All the issues about which my friend had complained plagued my own case, too: once he received a full payment in advance, he could not be reached for a meeting, he did not take or return... my calls, and rejected or ignored specific requests pertaining to the case. Upon my demand for a refund, he eventually called me back in the evening prior to the court date, discussed the matter with me over the phone then, and showed up in court the next day, giving me the distinct impression he had not prepared for the case in any way beside that brief conversation with me. He did not use the documentation I provided, obtained an unsatisfactory result for me as a client, and repeatedly misinformed me or pretended to misunderstand my requests in order to avoid doing the work for which he took my money.

Charles Swedish was very difficult to work with, and that was the good part of working with him. That i can tolerate, but his dishonesty is what is worst. He needs to be reported; i provided all the information to Mr. Swedish for my case and it never was taken care of properly, despite giving him e...xtra time to work on it. Seemed he didnt care and he absolutely does NOT keep his word..
