I found Mr Hicks on Google as soon as I realized I needed a good attorney. He was close by and seemed to be excellently qualified for my need. We met and he explained his fee structure as well as what I should expect and what he would do to try and mitigate. His honesty made my first experience on th...e back side of the law at least tolerable and less traumatic. In the end he convinced the prosecutor to reduce the charge to a misdemeanor and suspended sentence with probation. He is also returning the lion’s share of my deposit, saying his ethics demanded a refund of unearned funds. You can’t beat that.
