I found Mr Hicks on Google as soon as I realized I needed a good attorney. He was close by and seemed to be excellently qualified for my need. We met and he explained his fee structure as well as what I should expect and what he would do to try and mitigate. His honesty made my first experience on th...e back side of the law at least tolerable and less traumatic. Mind you, I had already had one that was reduced on my record that they knew about. You don't typically ever get two of those, especially when you lost severely in lower court. Hicks is the real deal and got a miracle for me: no device, no DUI on record, only six months provisional licence and ASAP. Unbelievable! He even refunded a lot of money since it didn't go to trial. Clearly the best of the best.

I kept my license, didn't go to jail, don't have DUI on my record, and no penalties like education or devices, so I'm happy.
