I hired Mark for a speeding ticket I received, 40 in a 25mph zone (4 points). His communication via email was excellent and answered all of my questions within the day clearly and concisely. I could not attend the court date so Mark represented me instead. The ticket ended up being reduced to a "Town... Code Section-Failure to Pay Full Time and Attention." Because this is a town code, it won't even show up on my DMV driving history! The result was even better than I could imagine. I highly recommend this lawyer. I hired Mark to represent me years ago in a minor DUI case. He seemed nice and reasonable at first and although it bothered me that he barely communicated with me regarding the case and his plans for handling it, I trusted that he knew what he was doing and would provide a satisfactory result. Howeve...r, when I arrived at court he informed me that he had already met with the prosecutor and settled my case and plead guilty on my behalf. This infuriated me as he did not even consult with me to see if this was a reasonable course of action and basically threw in the white towel for me. I ended up having to pay a massive amount of fines and may have been better off if I had never hired him. He ended up wasting my time and my money.
