Using Digital Millennium Copyright Act take down provisions to remove infringing content from websites, drafting cease and desist letters, responding to cease and desist letters, settlement negotiations and agreements, responding to demands for payment by stock photo companies, federal district court litigation for claims of coyright infringement.
