Thank You!!! Thank You!!!

For four years my life has turned upside down from being accused of horrendous crimes I had not committed. I lost friends, was bullied throughout High School, was beaten up by friends of the accuser and then charged of horrible crimes. God was on my side and I was blessed to be represented by Mr. Gre...enspun, he believed in me. The materials and evidence collected, as well as the gathered witnesses were all presented at the court trial which resulted in a great outcome. Thank You Peter, Liza and the team that helped to clear my name and walk away from this nightmare. Now I am able to start to move on and be able to go to college as well as catch up on missed time with my friends and family.

I was referred to Mr. Greenspun by a friend. Mr. Greenspun is professional, caring, and easy to speak to. I was facing very serious felony charges. Every single day for the past six months, that was all I had on my mind. I was afraid that I would be going to jail for a very long time. On the da...y of my trial, I was scared. When he told me that the charges were dropped, I was in complete shock. I couldn’t believe it was finally over. Excellent Law firm!!!!

One of the hardest things I had to do in my life was to choose a defense attorney for my brother criminal case as he was in no shape to do it for himself. During this time I met with few different Law firms. However, when I met with Peter, I got really impressed by him for being very patient in liste...ning to my brother’s condition. Fierce, thorough and effective!

I am extremely thankful to have had Peter Greenspun represent me during a terrifying and stressful time in my life. With a murder allegation in front of me, no criminal record, and no experience with the legal system, I was in despair. Before Peter, I was working with another “good” lawyer, but it s...oon became clear to me that Peter is of a different caliber. He came to meet with me while I was in jail on a Sunday evening and I was immediately impressed with his sense of urgency, work ethic, and approach to my circumstance. He was not able to focus attention to my case immediately as he was busy working hard on another client’s trial– nonetheless, he had another attorney from his firm, Anastasia Kranias, come to see me shortly after I made the decision to hire him and she got the ball rolling on my defense right away. The first order of business was getting bond, which Peter did successfully after my first attorney could not. While this was an uphill battle, Peter did his homework before the bond hearing- although he had a short period of time to review my case, he had already become acquainted enough with it to rebut every single one of the Commonwealth’s opposition points plus more, he had done his research on my personal history, and he was able to cite a decent list of prior relevant cases. Soon after, Peter had to fight through another obstacle as the Commonwealth appealed the judge’s bond decision. Thanks to Peter’s strong response, the court of appeals decided not to revoke my bond. Through 2 continuances and a 2 week trial, I consistently experienced the same from Peter- he worked tirelessly, he was thorough, he was tenacious, he was prepared- thinking of everything from all different angles. I believe he had my best interest in mind as there were many occasions he could have taken short cuts, but did not. There were times when he could have simply acted on my decisions, probably poor ones made from being emotionally and mentally drained or simply being frightened, but he took the time to help me think clearly- somehow this seemed to always happen towards the end of the day when he could have been enjoying dinner with his family or getting some rest, perhaps. Several times I sat in his office and he advised me in the same manner my own father would have advised me -with the addition of many years of experience as a defense attorney. Most importantly, Peter is effective. I was acquitted of all charges and a heavy weight has been lifted from my chest – this would not have been possible without Peter, Anastasia and their support team.
