1st part of my review was on Google.

Mr. Greenspun I was taken aback by your letter. I found it dismissive. I didn’t want to throw Liza under the bus because I find her sweet. Probably too nice for her job. I can tell immediately when speaking to her. So here we go. She made 2 critical errors. The first being sending a cease letter t...o the mother directly (and she was never my wife.) I warned Liza not too. And within minutes of sending the cease letter Liza confided in me over the phone that Ms. Huff sarcastically called out Greenspun Shapiro asking if they do family law now. Then threatening to sue me based on Liza’s mishap. The second critical error was Liza telling me you (mr. Greenspun) have a friendship with the mothers lawyer. Mary Huff. I guess you can say I became “aggressive” in my emails soon after. But really I found it upsetting. Because at that point I knew nothing would be done and I was correct. For a firm that represents rapists and murderers, I find it highly unlikely I’m as aggressive as your regular clients. To state that there is not enough to move forward is BS. The plan Liza set out was we would subpoena my daughters teacher. Because the mother writes untrue things about me being “abusive” online. Although she does not call me out by name, but emails school staff that she is referring to me. That is wrong. This will eventually affect the relationship with my daughter. And I do have a case. Lastly your letter was disturbing in the amount of times you had to say I was not charged. Basically your firm did nothing for me. It’s like saying “We didn’t charge for the frequent emails we didn’t reply too. We didn’t charge you for the time we said we could do something and then refused. We didn’t charge you for failing you.” I had to pray (meditate) on this over the weekend. As I’m a devout Catholic. I believe in forgiveness. So I’m asking you to issue me an apology instead of a check. I looked at your reviews online and I don’t believe I’m the only one with a negative experience. With all this said, I expect an apology. If not that’s fine. I’m sure I can find a lawyer to write 2 simple cease letters (even if nothing happens I at least tried to do the right thing) and tell them my story. Yours in Christ -w

Crook! DON'T HIRE!

Interviewed Peter Greenspan and another attorney for a messy situation at Fairfax County. Spoke with him on two calls and few email exchanges and turns out the other attorney had resolved the issue. Peter Greenspan is demanding for full payment ($3500), with no retainer signed and no agreement was ma...de, He demands for full payment while another attorney did all the work. One year later, He is still haunting me with outstanding bills, He is a CROOK!! don't hire him! If I could give no star, that's what he deserve!

A Unaltrustitic Person who Appears Initially Sincere

I hired Peter to represent me in a false allegation. During our initial meeting he stressed that I needed a lawyer yesterday; trusting him and believing his philosophy written on his page about wanting to be there for people in their darkest hour, I retained him the next day. He said he would immedia...tely contact the necessary people. Come to find out that contact was not even attempted until two weeks later. So for all that time I sat and wondered what was the outcome. A month later the issue resolved on its own and peter was the go between myself and the other party to inform me that it was cleared. Peter just left a voice mail on my cell and an email leeting me know it was resolved. Yet there were housekeeping issues that needed to be addressed by him immediately. Instead he takes a long weekend without making arrangements for someone else to help while he was gone. So i was placed in a situation to take care of the issues myself. I recognize everyone needs time off but he was remiss in not making follow up arrangements while he was gone. After he got back we had a followup conversation on what we agreed to do as the next step; he failed to deliver. I wasnt informed on why he wasn't able to accomplish it. Then a few weeks passed and I hadn't received a trust account statement so I inquired about one. Then I got an email with a refund receipt for the reminder in the account that was not used, with no attempt to tell the status of where he was on closing out the housekeeping issues. After receiving the receipt, I sent him a lengthy email about the experience asking the status of where he was on the housekeeping issues with no response from him. Peter has.not made any attempt to respond to my email.. To me that speaks volumes on his perspective on how he commited to represent clients. Initially, he appears personable, sincere, and committed to convince someone to become a client; and then when the contract is signed he evolves into someone opposite to what he initially presented himself. In my case he did not practice what he preached. He was not whole heartedly helping me in my darkest hour. I believel he was expecting this situation to become extensive and therefore, lucrative. When it hadn't become extensive, he didn't want to be involve with the housekeeping issues of the situation.

Liar and Crook

Hired in advance to take case did not take case did no work on case. Had to hire another lawyer. Greenspun would not refund money paid in advance when he did no work on case. Dirty rotten lawyer with no integrity. Would not recommend this lawyer to my dog.
