Nader Moneef Hasan

I was referred to Nader Hasan by a client of his and I knew I wanted him to represent me before even hearing what he had to say about my case. After speaking to him and his associates I knew I had made the right choice. He gives it to you straight, tells you what you need to hear, yet still makes you... feel comfortable. He keeps you well informed about the case you and tells you exactly what he will do to achieve the the best result for you. He's not the type of lawyer to settle with plea deals, he fights for you. He's recognized and respected by many of his colleagues and others in the industry. If I could sum him up in a few sentences they would be that: - He knows what he is doing - He fights for you - He is very knowledgeable in various aspects of the law - He is trustworthy I hired Nader Hasan for my criminal case and it was dismissed. If I ever need legal services again, Nader will be my first and only call. I highly recommend him to any and all individuals.

Hasan and his associates are a joke. The only good part of their practice is the receptionist. She is very nice and pleasant to deal with. I engaged their services in April of 2014 and I am still dealing with legal issues. Mostly in part because the firm decided to file a motion to be removed fro...m my case because I reneged and changed my mind on a plea deal they had set up with the commonwealth attorney. It appeared that Mr. Hasan was far more dedicated to his reputation and that of his former co-worker, the commonwealth attorney. I laugh as I read case results on their website, especially the reckless driving cases. Along with other charges, I was given a RD charge and was convinced to lump all the charges together in order to make it a better plea deal. Well, I am stuck with the RD conviction which obviously has affected my driving record and subsequently my insurance rates. The RD cases listed on their website are far more serious in nature than the one I received. As far as my other charges, the firm didn't give the time and care to understand my situation and ultimately my charges. There were many times that I called or emailed to get information based on what the commonwealth was saying or doing. In all cases I was told that they didn't receive any information from the commonwealth and each and every time it ended up being the day of court that there was any communication. It seems to me that any good and aggressive lawyer would do what was needed and push for information prior to a court date rather than wait until the day of to obtain information. I paid this firm a total of $3750 and will be more aggressive than they were in order to obtain my wasted funds. They would be far better used to pay my increased insurance bill and other legal services. I would not recommend Nader Hasan or his associates to anyone looking for legal services. However, if anyone is in need of a great receptionist/paralegal (I assume) try to steal her away!!!

Mr. Hasan has been my lawyer for the past 4 years. In those 4 years he successfully has gone to trial and litigated one DUI case to the tune of Not Guilty, and got two DUI charges thrown out before trial (Nolle Prosequi). He communicates well, works with you on payment, and is well worth the money a...nd much cheaper than some lawyers out there that will only try to work a plea deal. I could not be more pleased with the outcomes.

I have known Nader for several years now and hopefully I never have to retain his services again. However, he is an excellent choice as an attorney and if I ever find myself in a situation in the future that requires knowledgeable and trusting legal services, I will, without hesitation, retain Nade...r Hasan. Not only do I trust him as a lawyer, but I trust him as a friend. The kind of friend that has no issue telling you the hard truths and setting you straight when you seem to be getting in your own way. I was dealing with a difficult and ongoing legal issue with my driver's license. I was getting very frustrated with the system, how it works and was making mistake after mistake in relation to this issue. To be honest, when I initially retained Nader in 2008, I had pretty much given him no room to work with. He has since navigated the legal system related to my issues with grace, fortitude and a never give up attitude. He had no problem telling me when I was wrong and putting me in my place while still looking out for my best interests and eventually resolving my driver's license issues completely. I would absolutely recommend Nader to my friends, my family and to whomever may be reading this. Nader has been instrumental in helping to put my life back on track and I will forever be grateful to him. Thank you Nader.
