Mr. Petrovich is the BEST Attorney in Northern VA. He just got my company’s appealing case dismissed on a higher court. In March 2019, my Llc received two summons—1, smoke detector without a battery; 2, mis-use a commercial property. The smoke detector made noise to warn that the battery was out ...of status so I went to the store to buy new ones; while my friend (visited me) was in the office arranging her belongings for preparing a long trip back home in NH( I accepted that I would give her a ride to bus station when it’s off my biz hours). At the moment, I was out for buying a battery, meanwhile, the inspectors entered in. I didn’t understand why I received summons after a week for those two accusations. I couldn’t help when the battery in the smoker detector was died, so what I could do was to go get a new one immediately and put in which I did. And my friend wasn’t staying overnight at the commercial property, she just temporarily dropped by and asked for a ride from me off office hours. I have a receipt of batteries and my friend has a bus ticket to show the facts. I hired a lawyer from Leesburg VA to represent me my company. I explained to him in oral and written manners. On the First court day, he wasn’t appearing on court (never inform me that he was unable to appear), but he had another so-called lawyer to represent me. That so-called lawyer reviewed my case at the last min and said not to do it. My case was postponed to a month later, the lawyer from Leesburg VA eventually appeared, after talking to prosecutor, then told me that my company should accept these two accusations and pay a fine to save my friend (who was tied to mis use commercial property) out of the trouble. Why?! My friend and I were not mis used the office, why I had to accept it and pay a fine. It’s not justice for me. The lawyer did a favor to authority and prosecutor, not for me.I lost my company’s case under the first lawyer’s representation at lower court. I wrote this long paragraph is to state that not every lawyer would take time or patient or care or fight authorities for their clients’ justices. I still trust the legal system in Fairfax county court and U.S supreme law which has been existing for over two hundred years, and which was the founding fathers of the country fought for. I decided to appeal. I did pretty much time on researching a professional attorney in the area for my appealing, so luckily I found Mr. Petrovich. After the first time—free consultation, I knew that he was the one could help. He was serious of looking into every aspect of my case to seek the facts which can make it justice for my appealing case. My instinct was Just right.
