I represented the Petitioner, and she was granted a reversal and new trial.

Thereafter, he claimed the Estate was insolvent and pursued spouse for return of property and other items. Executor was surcharged the attorneys' fees spent and he was removed.

I represented the Administrator of an intestate estate. There were 3 known sons, but information surfaced about a fourth child (a daughter). She was born to the decedent's first wife during their mar ... riage. Once divorced, the wife married another man, and that gentleman adopted her. She was adopted in PA by her stepfather. Decedent was a resident of Virginia. We filed an Aid and Direction suit to establish whether or not the daughter was considered an heir of the Estate.
