I litigate civil disputes, but mostly estate and trust disputes. For example, I file or defend lawsuits in the following areas: will contests, establishment or impeachment of trust documents, fiduciary misconduct, surcharge and falsification, fiduciary removal actions, debts & demands hearings, undue influence, and/or lack of capacity. I have also represented licensees before administrative boards, including Board of Funeral Directors and Board of Realtors.
