Jeffrey Foster Mangeno

Jeffrey F. Mangeno, a native of Northern Virginia, graduated from Virginia Tech and obtained his Juris Doctor degree from Widener University in 2000.

Mr. Mangeno recognizes that a person or business suspected of, or charged with, a criminal offense needs representation that is immediate, responsive, and committed to the protection of their rights. He is sensitive to these issues and is zealous in their representation. Mr. Mangeno emphasizes quality legal service above all else and he has unprecedented trial experience over the past sixteen years. He evaluates the facts and circumstance of each case and then develops effective strategies to ensure that the client’s best interests are protected. He has extensive experience representing clients from the investigative and pre-indictment stage through trial in the areas of criminal law.

Mr. Mangeno appears regularly in the Northern Virginia Circuit Courts, General District Courts, and Juvenile & Domestic Relations Courts – particularly in Fairfax, Loudoun, Prince William, Arlington and Alexandria – as well as in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Virginia. His familiarity with these courts, investigators, local prosecutors’ offices, and law enforcement agencies and their individual officers and detectives, allow him to assist clients as they navigate the criminal justice system. Mr. Mangeno is an accomplished lawyer with a successful track record of resolving difficult criminal and civil cases in courts throughout the Northern Virginia area.

Mr. Mangeno has tried bench and jury trials in both criminal and civil matters ranging from traffic/criminal offenses to civil disputes. While his sixteen years of practice primarily involve criminal matters, with an emphasis on DWI/DUI cases, he has extensive experience in handling landlord/tenant disputes, collections, consumer litigation and prosecuting and defending civil protective orders.

Mr. Mangeno is an active member of the Fairfax Bar Association and is admitted to practice in the Virginia Federal District Court and the Supreme Court of Virginia.
