Darwyn Levon Easley

Mr Easley assissted me in a DWI. Unfortunately I side swiped another car in which the police officer caught on tape. My BAC was a .13 at the station. I was referred to Darwin from a friend of mine who hired him for a DUI case. Having to interview different traffic court attorneys he was highly recommend from few people. After meeting with Darwin I knew he was the one for me. My dui case was dismissed because of Darwin's hard work and dedication. ...For those who are in need of a legal counsel, I will share my personal experience with him. 1. Never gives up/ Perseverance- You want to hire an attorney who won't give up and pour every drop of his effort and energy to give you the best outcome. Now it's hard to find attorneys who will fight the fight you need. Now having to work with Darwin, this guy is a TRUE fighter who will never give up until the end! 2. Good verbal & nonverbal communication skills- In order to argue convincingly in the court room before juries and judges, good public presentation skills are essential. The way Darwin orally articulate his words to accurately know when to be persuasive and when to go hard or soft, you have to hire him to see him in action. Most importantly, his nonverbal communication skills. His body language in front of the judge and prosecutor, his eye contact, the tone of his voice, the clarity and concision (knows when to attack and when to stay back) and confidence in his ability to do it all in such a respectful manner. Believe me I know since I mentor people about how to present in front of others. 3. Judgement/Decisiveness After reviewing my case, he immediately drew where to spot points of weakness in an oppositions argument. He has a great ability to draw reasonable and logical arguing points. Going to the court few times during our trial, I'd ask him "Darwin, why did you do this or why did you say that". He was never slow to answer back and give me the breakdown of why he did what he did. Darwin always had a logical reason behind his decision. 4. Likability Just like anything else in this world, at the end of the day it's all about working with people. Irrelevant of how well an attorney did academically or having good research skillsets, lawyers work with people all day! From judges to clients, Darwin is personable and very likable guy.
