Kelley was an absolute pleasure to work with. I ended up receiving multiple tickets and a mandated court appearance all due to a misunderstanding while being pulled over. Im from Philadelphia and was in Ocean City for my brothers wedding, unfortunately this amazing weekend ended up with me making an awful decision to drive a few minutes away for a late night snack and instead got my first DUI. I didn't have any previous arrests and so I was very upset and unsure of w...hat to expect. All I knew was that my life was going to be ruined and I'd need a lawyer! This was all done through scheduled phone conferences due to the fact we were 3 hours away. My day in court has since come and gone and I couldn't have asked for a better outcome! I consulted with, then hired Kelley Mcfadden. She was the 4th lawyer I had talked to. She was the ONLY individual who did something that was not necessary but greatly appreciated: she asked about how "I" was doing. She listened not only to the case but also my feelings. I am a very hands on individua...l. I wanted more reassurance but she gave me just enogh to calm me. This is because she is extroidinary! Unique individuals of this nature are rare. I wanted to take to her on a semi regular basis but I came to understand that she is one of the ones you can trust completely. It is ultimately better just to leave her mostly alone and let her do her job. She tried getting my case dropped, dismissed, and other. In the end it stil went to trial. Things changed quickly but Mrs. Mcfadden adapted quickly. The opposing attorney was good.....but Kelley was better! Kelley was talkative and sweet to me, but in the court room she was a fierce lioness. I was in shock and awe as she showed a rare combination of intuition, intelligence, aggression, patience, and lawyer magic. To be honest I simply adore this woman and I don't want anybody to have her accept me!
