Im from Philadelphia and was in Ocean City for my brothers wedding, unfortunately this amazing weekend ended up with me making an awful decision to drive a few minutes away for a late night snack and instead got my first DUI. I didn't have any previous arrests and so I was very upset and unsure of w...hat to expect. All I knew was that my life was going to be ruined and I'd need a lawyer! Kelly came highly recommended to me by a family member who due to their occupation was familiar with her work and track record. I contacted Kelly and explained my situation. She could tell how upset I was, understood my concerns, and most importantly assured me my life wasn't ruined! The fact that I reside in PA, 3 hours away, didn't make things any easier but Kelly made sure it didn't make it harder. I was given our plan of action and told the things I had to do on my end in preparation for my day in court and she would continue to work on the case after reviewing the documents/discovery as they were recieved. Kelly emphasized how this would all be very helpful and beneficial to me and even helped find the correct programs that I could do in PA and be accepted in the MD courts. This was all done through scheduled phone conferences due to the fact we were 3 hours away. My day in court has since come and gone and I couldn't have asked for a better outcome! Thank you Kelly for the personal attention, understanding my concerns and how ashamed/embarrassed I was and for giving me the opportunity to fix it! Forever Grateful!

This is our second time hiring Kelley McFadden to handle a case for us. She is very knowledgeable of the laws in the court system. She is also very nice, compassionate and understanding when it comes to you or your loved one being in difficult situations especially when the consequences could mean yo...u possibly bebeing taken away from your loved one for some time. When it comes to situations like this I wouldn't want anyone else representing our family but her because you can't go wrong. She's gonna fight for you as if you were her own family and it doesn't get any better than that!
